In 2005 there was a 'Geronimo' radio broadcast on 9290Khz
short wave. It seems an opportune time to point out that this
short wave broadcast had absolutely no connection with this
website which represents the original Radio Geronimo and has
the support of several members of the original Radio Geronimo
team.
Many thanks to all
of you who took the time to search out this website.
Multiple reception
reports were gratefully received from listeners in Spain, Canada,
Finland, Japan, USA, Belgium, Sweden, Australia, Italy, Russia,
Brazil, Germany and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, since we did
not initiate the broadcast, we could neither confirm the reports nor
send out QSL cards. All reception reports were passed on to the
Radio Geronimo Short Wave team and you can expect a reply from them.
Following an amicable correspondence Radio Geronimo Short Wave will
be changing their name.
9290Khz 9260Khz 9265Khz
etc
'Geronimo Shortwave' continues to broadcast
music that bears no relation to the format of Radio
Geronimo via Monte Carlo. Once again we thank you for your e-mails but
the Radio Geronimo represented by this website did not
initiate the broadcast. We are therefore unable to
verify your reception reports.

Radio was never free...
Geronimo returned legally on an occasional basis to 'normal'
terrestrial radio in Western Europe from 2005 - 2007.
Programmes have also been on Sky Digital
across Europe.
